My Story: I remember sitting in an office at a world-renowned hospital. I was there to see my 10th specialist. I was 15 years old and had been diagnosed with everything from fibromyalgia, to bone fractures, tendonitis, to depression. And although the doctors had many guesses as to what was wrong, I had no answers and left that office with the leg pain, shoulder pain, and insomnia that followed me through high school and into college.

Despite a hefty ritual of physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage, chiropractic adjustments, and medication, I lived in chronic pain. But then, at chiropractic college, a friend encouraged me to seek out the true underlying cause of my pain. We quickly discovered the root of the problem - my gallbladder! I finally began the correct course of treatment and my shoulder pain dissipated as if by magic. To think that all that pain and all those medications could have been avoided! 

 
My Work: I dedicated my life to learning how the body truly works, how to address someone's pain, and how to ultimately heal the source. I specialize in giving others hope that there are answers out there. I offer safe and effective tools to locate the blockage, no matter the source, and that honos your body’s innate wisdom and natural ability to heal. Together, we will clear blockages on all levels and create awareness so you can break the cycle that continues to create your symptoms. 

My Credentials: Since 2005, I have been studying and practicing nutrition, applied kinesiology, Reiki, and functional medicine. I graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2009 and am a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. I live outside Saint Louis, Missouri with my husband and two children.
